Banana Proyo!

I love this quick easy recipe for post training, dessert, breakfast... any time really! 

Higher in carbs and protein and low in fat so a better option to consume post training, or swap out the protein for casein for a slower digesting option. Handy for if you won’t be eating for a while again, or for before bed (and those banana carbs will help you sleep so well!) 

Mix together: 

1 scoop of protein powder (I’ve used Balance plant protein - chocolate flavour here)

150g of Greek yoghurt. (Anchor high protein plain Greek yoghurt) 

Top with a banana or any fruit you like :)  eat and enjoy.
